For international shipping, buyer is responsible for paying customs and duty. We offer free shipping for all our listing items with some excluded locations.
All international orders will be shipped via EMS/e Packet (Japan Post), Fedex, or DHL with Tracking Number.

International Parcel Post(Air only)is used for orders that cannot be shipped by EMS like accessories made of precious stones.(ex, platinum, gold, silver, diamond etc) Insurance and the tracking number are provided.
Returns
If you would like to return the item for any reason, please contact us first within 5 days of your receipt.

We accept returns which are sent back to us within 30 days of your receipt in the same condition as it was sold, unless otherwise agreed upon.

If free shipping was applied for the item, we will deduct the shipping fee from your original payment.

Please make sure to write "RETURN-CARGO" on the package when you are sending back the item. And send back the item using via POST OFFICE.
If you use different carrier to send back the item it might cost extra and the buyer has to be responsible for the extra shipping or extra charge. In that case we are going to have to deduct the amount of extra charge from the refund.
