Casque Sordin Supreme MIL AUX SFA (atténuation flexible)

The Sordin Supreme™ MIL AUX SFA™, based on the new Sordin Flexible Attenuation™ (SFA™) concept, is developed with the user and ever-changing conditions in mind. At SNR 32 dB, it safely protects your hearing even in extreme noise environments, while providing instant interchangeability for a slimmer cup design – enabling optimization for different operating environments or helmet compatibility needs.

SFA Technology

Sordin's new Flexible Attenuation system allows you to adjust the attenuation of the headset depending on your current requirements. The included distance rings and attenuation foam feature a snap on fit to the headset, making it quick and easy to change when needed. Without the additional distance ring, the SNR is 26 dB, with the distance ring it is 32 dB. (Awaiting NRR testing for North American standards)

Crystal Clear Audio and Fail-Safe Communication

The level dependant feature (active noise reduction) with Sordin’s renowned audio system reproduces safe levels of ambient noise into the ear cups and at the same time automatically protects the user from impulse loud sounds like a gun shot. This provides total situational awareness allowing you to communicate effectively and safely while hearing commands and instructions without removing the hearing protector.

The MIL AUX SFA Headsets can be connected to radio via 3.5mm jack. Additional speakers in each cup that are powered by external audio sources, ensure you still receive critical communications in the event of loss of power from the installed batteries.

Slim Headband with Easy Connection to Helmet Rail Systems

The slim headband is designed for use under ballistic helmets. In addition, the headband is wider than Sordin’s regular version, making it more suitable for wider heads. The new headband design also allows for an easy transfer to a helmet mounted headset. This will require a set of Sordin Helmet Adaptors and the cutting of the leather wrap connecting the 2 cups. A replacement headband wrap is required when you want to go back to a headband version.

Gel Ear Seal Upgrade

Gel replacement ear pads filled with silicone gel provide increased comfort while conforming to the sides of the head for a perfect seal. The best option for anyone looking for all day comfort and to relieve pressure from glasses worn with the headset.

Robust and tested to Military standards

The Sordin Supreme™ MIL AUX SFA™ models have been tested according to military standards MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-810H. Featuring waterproof microphones, completely sealed circuit boards and RFI protection. All models are manufactured in Sweden under the highest quality standards.
