Vtg 40s 50s Supreme Sports 1st Base Mitt, Baseball Glove
I can't quite make out the maker marking on the palm of this glove. Is 2 words and I am pretty sure the first word is supreme and the second is sports with a suffix that I can't make out. It's odd, they are sort of written in an old English type of text, but the glove is definitely older. If measured like a regular glove down the inside face it is a 10 1/2 inch glove. There are no dividers for the fingers inside. The leather is still very nice. The edge leather shows wear and tear. The last owner wrote their name on it in at least two places, and they're faded, but you can still make them out if you look hard.
